Each individual may register and operate only one (1) e3jl account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, e3jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform without prior notice.
Your e3jl account is for your personal use only. You may not permit any third party to access or use your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another party. If you are playing with funds that belong to another person or on behalf of another person, you are in breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: e3jl may request additional proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your e3jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. e3jl support staff will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or any other person — is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify e3jl immediately via the live chat support function. e3jl will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to receiving such notification.
You are obligated to ensure that all personal and contact information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, identity documents, or payment methods must be submitted to e3jl support with supporting documentation. e3jl reserves the right to verify updated information before processing any withdrawal associated with updated account details.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. e3jl reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ₱100 per month to accounts with a remaining balance, or to close accounts with zero balance without prior notice. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied, where reasonably practicable.
e3jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, ShopeePay, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits to your e3jl account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. e3jl does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method. e3jl reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits into the same account, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being completed. e3jl aims to process withdrawals within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — within 30 minutes for verified accounts; Bank transfers — within 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution and applicable banking cut-off times.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your e3jl account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement means that the bonus amount, or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated funds can be processed. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, e3jl's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their e3jl account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
e3jl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or goodwill; (d) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond e3jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available." e3jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
e3jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
e3jl may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers) where required by law or necessary for the provision of services. e3jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
You may close your e3jl account at any time by submitting a written request to e3jl support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Accounts may not be closed while a pending withdrawal or active bonus with unmet wagering requirements is in place.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall first be submitted to e3jl's internal dispute resolution process. If the internal process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
e3jl's decision on any game outcome, transaction dispute, or account matter that is made in good faith and without manifest error shall be final and binding, subject to any right of escalation to the applicable regulatory authority available to the player under Philippine law.

By continuing to use the e3jl Platform after reading these Terms, you confirm your agreement to this Agreement in its entirety. These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2026 and are effective from that date.
